How to Enable Secure Exchanges to Send Emails on Your Behalf Using Your Domain?

The configuration of an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record is a crucial element for fully exploiting the capabilities of Secure Exchanges. It allows the sending of emails using the user's direct email address instead of the generic address, which is no-reply@secure-exchanges.com. The SPF record provides a multitude of advanced and personalized features, listed below:

  • Sending Emails with the User's Email Address: By setting up the SPF record, Secure Exchanges can send emails using the user's email address. This ensures that the messages sent appear to come directly from the user's email address and not from no-reply@secure-exchanges.com.
  • Sending and Receiving Signatures: This setup allows Secure Exchanges to send and receive signed documents using the user's email address, enhancing the signer's confidence by making the process more integrated and personalized for each user.
  • Receiving Open Notifications from the User's Email Address: With a configured SPF record, when Secure Exchanges sends email open notifications, they are received directly from the user's email address.
  • Integration with the Portal: When a user composes a message from the Secure Exchanges online portal via their cell phone, the SPF record ensures that the message is sent from the email address holding the license.
