How do I turn a PDF into a signature document in my Outlook email?

If you want to get a signature on a PDF document and you forgot to use the Secure Exchanges Signature button when inserting the file, there is no need to resubmit your email.

Secure Exchanges allows you to quickly convert an already attached PDF into a signature document.


Procedure

  1. In Outlook, compose your email as usual.

  2. Attach your PDF file as usual.

  3. In the Secure Exchanges ribbon, click the "PDF to Sign" button.

  4. The document will be automatically converted into a signature document.

  5. Define the signature areas and complete the required settings.

  6. Send your email.
