5. Detailed Statistics Table:
- The table details metrics such as the number of messages sent, the total size of files sent, the number of signed files, and the open and signature ratios.
- Activate the "Show Legend" option to display or hide the legend, thus enabling better data reading.
6. Sent Messages:
-
The first graph shows the total sent messages, with or without attachments.
7. Number of Files Sent:
- The second graph illustrates the total number of files sent by each user.
8. Total File Size:
The third graph displays the total file size exchanged.
Important Notes
Default Date Selection:
- The date selection is set by default to one month to simplify initial analysis.
SESAR Data:
-
For SESAR data, it is recommended not to select other users at the same time to avoid affecting the display of data in the graphs.
Data Export:
-
Options to export the data include CSV, Excel, PDF, and print. The file will not include the icons from the table but only the titles from the legend.
This feature is designed to provide a comprehensive and accurate view of the usage of Secure Exchanges, allowing administrators to better manage and optimize the service usage within their organization.
