Introduction to SESAR Service
SESAR (
Secure
Exchanges
Send
And
Receive) is a Windows service designed to integrate and secure your exchanges made via
Secure Exchanges, whether they are stored locally or in the cloud. It acts as a true vault for your data, which you fully control. Since emails sent via Secure Exchanges are
destroyed within a maximum of 30 days and you can no longer access them afterwards, we designed SESAR to allow you to
save copies of these secure emails.Installation
SESAR can be installed on a local server, ensuring complete security of your data and total isolation. This installation under your direct control ensures that your information remains protected. We also offer SESAR hosting at an additional cost.
Exchange Operation
All exchanges from your organization made with Secure Exchanges to counterparties will be synchronized in your SESAR. This ensures that all important communications are centralized and secured. What does SESAR retain? Everything sent via your organization, whether attachments, messages, signed documents, etc.
SESAR can be connected to your document management systems and CRM via webhooks to automate various processes, such as archiving or document classification. For example, if you exchange information by email with a client and you want this exchange to be saved directly in the client's folder, this is possible with this process.
User and License Management
Thanks to SESAR's integration with Azure AD, it is possible to manage users and Secure Exchanges licenses directly on the Azure AD platform. This integration simplifies access management and enhances security.
Key Features
Resend a Document for Signature
If a document has already been saved in your SESAR, you can resend the complete document for signature. For example, if a client loses the document, you can easily resend the complete document for signature. Here is the
documentation for this feature.Signatory Prioritization
You can prioritize signatories on a list. For example, if the second person on the list is on vacation, you can prioritize the third person, and so on, until it is the second person's turn again. Here is the
documentation for this feature.Securing Communications
When an email is sent via Secure Exchanges by one of your users, SESAR is copied on the communication. It will then receive an encrypted communication using your PKCS key (4096-bit private). SESAR will be the only one able to decrypt the link received via messaging and can thus retrieve a copy of the message to save it.
Conclusion
SESAR is a comprehensive solution for effectively securing and managing your sensitive exchanges and documents. Whether you choose to install it locally or use our hosting service, SESAR offers maximum flexibility and security tailored to your organization's needs.
