To monitor sent messages through Secure Exchanges in Outlook Web, you
can utilize the Secure Exchanges notification window. Here's how to
proceed:
1. Open a received email in Outlook Web, then click on the applications
icon typically located at the top of the email, as shown in the image below.
2. Among the available applications, choose Secure Exchanges.
3. A Secure Exchanges notification window will open. To pin it to your
Outlook Web interface for easy access, click on the pin-shaped icon.
Once you've pinned the notification window:
From now on, every time you send a secure message with Secure Exchanges,
its delivery status will appear in this window. You can track the progress of
the delivery in real-time.
If an error occurs during the sending of a message, it will be displayed
here, allowing you to promptly be aware of the issue.
Additionally, this window provides convenient shortcuts to the Secure
Exchanges logs and settings, where you can review detailed sending history and
adjust your preferences if needed.
