To access your logs in Secure Exchanges via Outlook Web, follow these steps:
- Create a new message so that the Secure Exchanges window appears on the right side of your screen.
1.1. Select logs
Select the Period: In the "Journal
Retrieval" window, set the date range for which you want to view the
journals. Choose the start date and end date for the desired period.
Get Your Journals: After setting the date range for
which you want to view the journals, click on "Get my journals".
