Beta Version : What are the configuration settings for Secure Exchanges on Outlook Web?
Various settings of Secure Exchanges can be easily configured on Outlook Web. To access these settings, simply go to the Secure Exchanges settings directly from Outlook Web.
Here are the steps to follow:
Create a new message so that the Secure Exchanges window appears on the right side of your screen. 1.1. Select "Settings".
You will then find several configurable options:
Message Settings: In this section, you can customize
the sending and receiving settings for your secure emails. This includes the
language of the interface and communications, as well as default security
options. These settings can be adjusted for each email via a pop-up window when
sending.
Opening Options: Here, you can set the maximum number
of openings allowed and the validity duration for your secure envelopes and
messages. You can also choose to receive notifications when a message is read,
for optimal tracking of your communications.
