New Feature: Sensitive Text Manager

We're delighted to introduce our new Sensitive Text Manager feature. This feature allows you to create a dictionary of sensitive words to alert you when you send an e-mail containing sensitive information.
Here's how it works:

Key features

  1. Dictionary creation: You can add sensitive terms as plain text or regex templates to your customized dictionary.
  2. Automatic detection: Before sending an e-mail, the manager analyzes the content for the presence of sensitive terms.
  3. Warning: If sensitive terms are detected, you will receive a warning message indicating that the message contains sensitive information. This allows you to verify and secure the information before sending.
Use on Outlook
  1. Currently available on Outlook, this feature is triggered when you press "send", helping you to proactively protect your sensitive information and avoid unintentional data leaks.
Only available on Outlook.

Benefits
  1. Increased security: Prevents e-mails containing sensitive information from being sent without prior warning.
  2. Customization: You can define your own sensitive terms to suit your needs.
