New Feature: Sensitive Text Manager
We're delighted to introduce our new Sensitive Text Manager feature. This feature allows you to create a dictionary of sensitive words to alert you when you send an e-mail containing sensitive information.
Here's how it works:
Key features
- Dictionary creation: You can add sensitive terms as plain text or regex templates to your customized dictionary.
- Automatic detection: Before sending an e-mail, the manager analyzes the content for the presence of sensitive terms.
- Warning: If sensitive terms are detected, you will receive a warning message indicating that the message contains sensitive information. This allows you to verify and secure the information before sending.
Use on Outlook
- Currently available on Outlook, this feature is triggered when you press "send", helping you to proactively protect your sensitive information and avoid unintentional data leaks.
Only available on Outlook.

- Increased security: Prevents e-mails containing sensitive information from being sent without prior warning.
- Customization: You can define your own sensitive terms to suit your needs.

1. Connect to the Online Portal :
- Log in to your Secure Exchanges account on the online portal.
2. Access Sensitive Terms Management Options :
- Go to the "Options" section.
- Click on the "Manage sensitive terms and templates" page.
3. Add sensitive words and phrases:
- Add any words and phrases that will help you avoid sending emails containing sensitive information in plain text.
You can use plain text or regex templates.
