Yes, you can use the predefined fields on your PDF document for signature areas on your document.
To do this, you must click on the "Use PDF fields" button:
Then, the following window will appear on your screen to alert you that the use of PDF fields implies access to your document, click on "Include":
You will then see that the PDF fields have all been assigned to the signer you selected on the "Select a recipient" box. You can choose to assign them to another signer by following the steps on
this article.
Also, you will see that the boxes "Do not add Secure Exchanges signing certificates to the document" and "Use digital signing certificates" have both been checked automatically. This means that your document will be certified with a PKI digital signature certificate and not with the Secure Exchanges signature certificate.
