How to assign signature zones to another signer without having to delete and redefine them?
When defining signature zones, sometimes you assign signature zones to the wrong recipient.
To correct, you just have to change the signer instead of deleting the signature zones and setting them again for the correct signer.
To do this, you must select the correct recipient to whom you wish to assign the signature zones from the "Select a recipient" box and then click on the button next to it framed in blue:
As you can see in the screenshot above, all signature zones are set to Email Info.
When you have chosen the correct signer (in this case Support) and clicked on the button next to it, you must select (click) on the signature areas you want to assign to him (which were previously defined to the wrong Info recipient).
Once done, these will be displayed in green as you see below and will be assigned to the correct recipient (Support):
