I have installed Secure Exchanges for Outlook, but my license remains inactive

If you install the Secure Exchanges extension for Outlook and notice that when opening your mailbox, Secure Exchanges is not activated, there are two options available to you to resolve this situation:

1. Checking the validity of the license:

Press the button marked "inactive" in the Microsoft Outlook ribbon under the Secure Exchanges tab. 
If your license is in order, the inactive button will switch to active mode, indicating that Secure Exchanges is now activated.          


2. Retrieving the license:
