My license is not initialized

When you are in the Secure Exchanges tab, you see in the 'About' section: Your license is not initialized.



1.  Given that the license has been deactivated or has never been activated, you need to press 'Get my licence back' in the 'License' section.


2. Afterwards, you will need to enter the numbers of the captcha in the indicated window.

 
3.  Then, a pop-up will inform you that an activation email has been sent to you.
 
 
4.      When you press on the email, a window will open asking you if you wish to activate Secure Exchanges on your device. Press 'Yes'.
 
 
5.      Finally, a pop-up will appear indicating that your license is activated, and you will see your active license in the Secure Exchanges tab.
