Steps to Track Email Activities:

1. Access Logs: Log into the Secure Exchanges online portal and view your logs.

2. Select a Message: Choose the message for which you want to see details and click on it.

New: You can now filter your recordings by IP address, enabling you to manage your data more precisely.

3. View the IP Address: Click on the IP address linked to the selected message’s activity. This will allow you to see details such as the country and city from where the interaction occurred.

Overview of Available Information:

• Country: The country from which the message was accessed.
• City: The specific city of access.

This feature is particularly useful for security audits, enabling administrators to detect suspicious activities or better understand how information is accessed globally.
