This includes the ability to view geographical details associated with each email interaction. Here’s how an administrator can access this information:

Steps to Track Email Activities:
2. Select a Message: Choose the message for which you want to see details and click on it.
New: You can now filter your recordings by IP address, enabling you to manage your data more precisely.
3. View the IP Address: Click on the IP address linked to the selected message’s activity. This will allow you to see details such as the country and city from where the interaction occurred.
- Country: The country from which the message was accessed.
- City: The specific city of access.
This feature is particularly useful for security audits, enabling administrators to detect suspicious activities or better understand how information is accessed globally.
