The following article will guide you through the process of searching SESAR logs.
This feature is exclusive to account administrators with a SESAR license.
Go to the Secure Exchanges online portal and sign in.
2. Access the "User Management" page:
Once logged in, navigate to the "Options" section, and then go to the "User Management" page.
3. Search by date range:
Select the date range for which you wish to retrieve the logs. This feature allows you to filter activities recorded over a specific period. Once the dates are selected, click on "Get SESAR Logs" in the SESAR service section.
4. Additional Filters:
After clicking on "Get Logs," you can further refine your search using the filters for email addresses or subject lines.
Exploring the SESAR Logs Columns:
Once the logs are displayed, here is an explanation of the different columns visible in the table:
Date: Shows the date each email or secure file was sent.
Last Activity: Displays the last interaction with the message, such as the email being opened or a file being downloaded.
Status: Indicates the status of the email or secure file, such as "Retrieved," "Destroyed," or "Unread."
Subject: Displays the subject of the sent email, helping you quickly find logs related to a specific message.
Sender: Shows the email address of the person who initiated the sending.
Recipient: Lists the email addresses or phone numbers of the recipients of the secure email or SMS.
SMS: Specifies if the message is protected by an SMS code. If so, the recipient’s mobile number will be displayed.
Files: Shows the number of files attached to the message.
Openings: Indicates how many times the secure email or file has been opened.
Activities: Summarizes major interactions with the message, such as openings or file downloads.
Type: Indicates whether it’s an email, a signature request, or a returned envelope.
The type will be identified by four types of icons:

A returned envelope
Delete: Allows you to destroy a sent email.
Additional information will be provided if you click on one of the records. On this page, you will find details about the exchanged files, such as the file name, status (read, unread), size, and number of openings. You will also find information on message activities as well as the IP addresses related to those activities.

SESAR Synchronization Folder Structure
When accessing the SESAR server in the synchronization folder, you will find two main folders:
- Sent: This folder contains all emails sent via SESAR. They are categorized as follows:
1. The email address of the license holder
2. The date the email was sent
3. The subject of the email
4. The associated files and messages
- Received: This folder contains all returned envelopes you have received. It is structured similarly to the Sent folder, with information such as license holder, date, subject, and files.
