To have the same document signed by multiple people separately, it's possible to use Secure Exchanges to create a signature per list using a CSV file, also known as "bulk signing" or "group signing". This process allows for the automatic generation of electronic signatures for multiple recipients using the data stored in a CSV file. To learn more about digital signing with Secure Exchanges, click here.
Here's how to proceed:
When creating a new message in Outlook, click on "Signature". Upload your document, then select "Signature per list".
You will notice that the "To:" field is now csv@secure-exchanges.com. You can now compose your message as usual and click on "Send".
Here's how to prepare your CSV file:
1. CSV File Preparation: Ensure your CSV file contains the necessary fields for list signing, such as "Email", "Phone", and "CallBackParameter". Each line of the file represents a unique entry.
2. CSV File Format: Organize your CSV file so that each column corresponds to a specific field. For example, reserve the first column for "Email", the second for "Phone", and the third for "CallBackParameter".

If you wish to provide instructions to your SESAR via the 'CallBackParameter' field, please make sure to include this column in your file; otherwise, leave it empty.
Your file must necessarily be in this format:

Indicate the country code at the front of the phone number using the "+".
Finally, upload your CSV file, set your signature zones, and click on "Send".
