As of June 1, 2026, the certificate page is no longer automatically added to the end of your signed documents. The proof of signature is now embedded directly in the PDF file, and your PDF reader displays it.
If you still need to keep a certificate on file, you have three options, depending on your needs.
Option 1: Check the signature in your PDF reader
This is the fastest way to confirm that a document is properly signed.
Option 2: Download the certificate of completion
The certificate of completion is available for download when you collect your final signed copy.
Option 3: Download the certificate of completion from our website
Did you forget to download the certificate when you retrieved your final copy? Are you a signatory and would like to obtain the certificate yourself? Anyone who has the signed final copy can download the audit certificate at any time from the Validate the authenticity of a signed document page.
