Secure Exchanges enables a simplified and secure login process with Microsoft Authentication, ideal for Office 365 users or organizations using Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Here’s how to use this authentication method to access the Secure Exchanges online portal.
Microsoft Authentication allows you to log in to the Secure Exchanges portal using your professional or educational Microsoft credentials. This simplifies the login process while enhancing security through built-in Microsoft protections like Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Access the Login Page
Navigate to the Secure Exchanges online portal.
Select "Sign in with Microsoft"
On the login page, you’ll see two options:
Enter Your Microsoft Credentials
Once redirected to the Microsoft login page:
Note: Ensure you are using the Microsoft account associated with Secure Exchanges.
If an administrator logs in for the first time using Microsoft Authentication, they will have the option to approve and authorize access for the entire organization.Otherwise, users must individually authorize Secure Exchanges to access their information.
Note: If your organization uses Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you’ll need to enter the verification code to complete the login. If you use both Microsoft Authentication and Secure Exchanges Authentication, both will be required.
