1. Add Secure Exchanges to Your Antivirus Exceptions
For most antivirus software, you will need to:
Open your antivirus software
Go to the settings or configuration options
Look for the exceptions or exclusions section
Add Secure Exchanges to the list of exceptions or exclusions
2. Restart Your System
Once Secure Exchanges has been added to the antivirus exceptions, restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
3. Try Attaching the File or Signature Document Again
Open Outlook and try attaching the file or signature document to your email once more.
Protect the email with Secure Exchanges as you normally would.
