2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation and Refund: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be given for the current month. Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Upgrade: To upgrade, you must purchase a new license, assign it to the user, and cancel your current license.
3. Annual Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for annual subscriptions after purchase.
- Upgrade: To upgrade, you must contact our support at support@secure-exchanges.com. A prorated amount of the difference will be charged for the remaining months. A processing time of 48 business hours is required for your request.
