What is Secure Exchanges' Refund and Upgrade Policy?

- Free Trial Period
- We offer a free 30-day trial period so you can discover our services. During this period, you can explore all the features at no cost.
- Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation and Refund : You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, no refund will be given for the current month. Access to the services will be maintained until the end of the current billing period.
- Upgrade : To perform an upgrade , you must purchase a new license, assign it to the user, and cancel your current license.
- Annual Subscriptions
- No refunds are given for annual subscriptions after purchase.
- Upgrade : To upgrade, you must contact our support team at support@secure-exchanges.com . A prorated fee will be charged for the remaining months. Please allow 48 business hours for your request to be processed.
- Policy Amendment
- We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to check this page regularly for updates.
