What are the steps for configuring Secure Exchanges for an organization?

For Secure Exchanges to be functional for all users in an organization, the company account administrator must follow these steps:

  1. Buy the licenses itself in the case of the monthly plan. In the case of an annual contract, we will assign the licenses on our side to your company account.
  2. Add and validate the organization's domain
  3. Add the subdomain to enjoy the benefits of white labeling
  4. Add or import users (or configure a SESAR plugged into AzureAD)
  5. Deploy the connectors either by GPO or manually install the Outlook or Gmail connector (2 minutes per workstation for the manual portion)
  6. Retrieve the license directly from the user's Outlook or Gmail or by sending them an activation email from the Secure Exchanges online portal
  7. Configure SESAR (if necessary, this step can happen in 2 if you want to deploy with AzureAD)
  8. Provide user training. Our knowledge base facilitates the first steps of our users.
