If your license is still valid, you must check the number of messages remaining on your account.
To do this, you must log into your account on our online portal and check the box "Remaining in the month"



Indeed, the Outlook connector is automatically deactivated when you have reached the maximum number of messages to send, which is 2500 messages. This soft limit is put in place only to control abuse but, the number of messages to be sent via Secure Exchanges is unlimited.
