How to send a confidential document through Gmail?

When the Secure Exchanges extension is active on Gmail, all sending of files attached to your emails will be made through Secure Exchanges automatically.

You must, therefore, upload your documents by clicking on the "Attach files" button below:

Select the documents you wish to send then click on “Send”:

You will then see the Secure Exchanges window appear below:

As you can see, the "Send without secure" button is grayed out and you cannot select this option.

You must then define your security, opening and communication options and then click on the “Send with Secure Exchanges” button.
