How to install and activate Secure Exchanges for Outlook?

Installing Secure Exchanges is quick and easy. Follow these steps to start securing your communications:


  1. Plugin Installation
    • Before beginning, make sure to close Microsoft Outlook.
    • Visit our website (Cybersecurity technology - Secure Exchanges (secure-exchanges.com)) to download the plugin suitable for your email account (Gmail or Microsoft Outlook).
    • Click on "Download" to install the necessary plugin.

    • It's essential to also download the signature plugin if you're using Outlook and want to take advantage of our signature service.​

  2. Open Your Email
    • Once the plugin is installed, open your Outlook email.
    • A new tab called "Secure Exchanges" will appear in the navigation ribbon.

  3. License Recovery
    • Click on the "Secure Exchanges" tab.
    • You will see the license status (active or inactive), chat options, logs, and settings.
    • If your license is not active, click on "Get my licence back".

  4. License Activation
    • Validate your email address and complete the captcha to prove you're not a robot.
    • Click on "Send".

    • Confirm the activation of the license on your device by selecting "yes".


  5. Activation Verification
    • Return to the "Secure Exchanges" tab.
    • The status of your license should now indicate "Active".
