How to increase the number of activations for a shared license?

To be able to increase the number of activation of a shared license, you must first ensure that you have acquired a shared license and assigned it to the relevant email address.

Next, you must click on the "Management of licenses and purchases" button:

Then on the pane of Shared licenses, you will see boxes at the bottom for the purchase of additional activations for each type of shared license.

Be sure to purchase the activation number corresponding to the type of initial shared license you have. If you have an advanced shared license, purchase advanced activations.

Add the desired number of additional activations and click on "Confirm my purchases".

Then on the Management of users, click on the "Manage license" button in front of the user of the shared box and assign him the additional activation number that you have just purchased, then click on "Save":

On the list of your users, you will see in front of the line of the mailbox concerned appear the number of additional activations attributed to it:

Note that you can buy several additional activations and assign them to different shared boxes.
