How do I buy my first license?
All users within the same organization must be grouped under a single account. The first person who purchases a license becomes the administrator of the management portal and can then manage licenses, add users, etc. It is not necessary to equip the entire organization: you simply choose which users to cover and can assign different plans (Eco, Advanced, or Pro) based on their needs. Licenses can be purchased all at once or added progressively to your account through the management portal.

Select the plan that fits your needs:
License per User (Linked to an individual email address – One license per email address)

| Pro | $12.99 | Protects the message body and attachments up to 2.5 GB per send. Includes all Advanced features, plus multi-signer digital signatures, signature tracking, and SMS Protected Reply. With this feature, any reply from a recipient—including file or signature returns—is secured by an SMS code you must enter to access the message. |

Step 3 : Complete the Purchase
Click "Proceed with the purchase", then fill in your personal and company information.
In the "Assigned a license" field, you have two options:
- Assign a license to yourself: select the license type (Eco, Advanced, or Pro). It will be assigned to your email address.
- Do not assign a license: choose "No license".
All purchased licenses will appear in your account and can be assigned later.
Once all information is validated, confirm your purchase.
Step 4: Approve Your Domain
After the purchase, log in to the online portal to approve your company domain. This step is required before creating users and assigning licenses. 🔗 See the procedure: Add a Domain
Step 5: Create Users and Assign Licenses
Once your domain is validated, add your users in the online portal and assign each one the appropriate license. 🔗 See the procedure: Add New Users
Step 6: Install and Activate Secure Exchanges
Once your domain is approved and your users created, install and activate Secure Exchanges on each workstation. Follow the procedure specific to your messaging system (Outlook Classic, Outlook New, Outlook Web, or Gmail)
