How can I recover a secure and expired email from Gmail?
To recover a secure and expired email, you must click on “Logs” then “Get my logs”:
You will see the following window appear on your screen:
You must check the emails you want to recover and then click on the "Restore messages" button.
A message confirming that your recovery request has been sent will be displayed on your screen:
Thereafter, you will receive two emails on Gmail, the first containing the email you requested to recover and the second containing the recovery report:
Make sure your
cell phone number is entered into your Secure Exchanges account so you can receive recovered emails.
PS: To benefit from this functionality, you must have a
SESAR license.
