Can I disable Secure Exchanges temporarily on Outlook?
If you no longer wish to have the Secure Exchanges pop-up window that appears each time an email is sent, you can choose to disable it by clicking the Secure Exchanges button on the Outlook ribbon and then clicking the On button to disable Secure Exchanges
So Secure Exchanges will be disabled
In addition, you can choose to activate it each time you want to send a confidential email by checking the Inactive box from the email you are writing.
